Seasonal Yoga is a style of dynamic practice which is designed to align you with the changing energies of nature and the seasons. Just as the seasons change, our needs and the environment around us change, so we focus on different movements and focus to meet the season and work with it. As the trees change through the seasons, so do we. Seasonal yoga is a practice that will improve your physical strength and flexibility and help bring balance and harmony to your life.

Seasonal Yoga uses our understanding of the body’s energy lines, how they affect our organs, vital energy, mood, & mind set, and uses that knowledge to help attune you more to the world around you through your mental and physical yoga practice.

My personal, private and group classes are all grounded in Seasonal Yoga. I’ve found this approach to be hugely beneficial to my physical, mental and emotional health and I love to share the benefits of a seasonal approach, not just to our asana practice, but to our lives.
